I'm breast-feeding, which burns a ton of calories, and I can probably just thank my mama too, you know." Cavallari has always been in good shape before and during both pregnancies. She had managed to eat healthy and maintain a regular exercise. In July, she admitted that she had dropped 20 pounds already but still had five more to go to be back at her pre-baby weight. “I try to be as organic as possible I stay away from dairy for the most part. I’m actually allergic to cow’s milk so that’s reason enough but I also, I think that that’s the number one weight gainer. If you’re going to get one thing out of your diet, I think it should be dairy.”she told Access Hollywood.
