As you watch them, you can’t help but panic and research for the best ways on how to lose body fat. Now, we give you the secrets of these angels. We all know that their bodies are amazing, mainly because it is part of their job to look like that. And you do not have to envy these girls when you can also achieve the body you want. Here is how they do it.

In an interview with The Telegraph in 2011, Adriana Lima confessed that she only consumes protein shakes in the nine days leading up to the Victoria’s Secret show. So basically, there should be no solid. She does not drink a single drop of water in the 12 hours prior to the show starting, in order to prevent bloating.

"It is really intense, it's not really the amount of time you spend working out, it's the intensity- I jump rope, I do boxing, I lift weights, but I get bored doing that. If I am not moving I get bored very easily," she said. If you think this is too hard for you, don’t despair. You can surely afford the average cost of Coolsculpting.

Moving on, hot mama Lily Aldridge shared that she is doing Ballet Beautiful. She said it is her go-to because it is really good for the body, plus it is fun and healthy. Now, here is the surprising thing. Aldridge does not really diet. She said she just eat a lot of clean food. Now, this is a good one to adopt if you’re losing stomach fat.

Now, let’s get into Alessandra Ambrosio’s work out plan. She said she prepares for their shows by working out as much as she can. She hits the gym, get a little tan and lay by the pool. Aside from preparing her body, she makes sure she prepares her mind too.

So, here is the bottom-line. How do you feel when you’re looking at photos of Victoria’s Secret angels? Do you feel empowered and inspired? You should. The “perfect body” requires discipline, and fortunately, you can do something for yourself. After all, every woman deserves to feel good about her body.
